Reconstruction

This is the subsection of Development where we reevaluate aspects of the Haven system to make sure that things remain as streamlined and fair as possible. Minor editorial changes do not need to go through the Retooling process--only things that would fundamentally change how the mechanic functions, either alone or with other abilities.

We here at Haven require any making suggestions in this section to follow the format provided for original posts in this section. Part of this is to eliminate people suggesting things be changed for frivolous reasons or for misunderstandings of the mechanic. The format provided requires the poster to think out their reasoning and provides them first shot at how they think it should work.

Then everyone has the chance to discuss, debate, worry, plot, and basically nitpick every aspect of the proposed change until a decision is made as to what to do about the proposed suggestion. All changes must have the approval of a clear two-thirds of the system administrators with Fate having appeal rights as outlined in Creating and Changing Things: The General Rules of Development.

Please use the following format, removing the * from the coding:
